AS FEATURED IN
You belong here.
You are beautiful. You deserve nothing short of amazing — and you are absolutely in the right place for that.
Now that the important stuff is out of the way, let’s talk a bit more about you.
You arrived right where you are after years of adventures, emotional ups and downs, and wellbeing roller coasters. Sometimes you had a fun ride, other times the odd looping you didn’t sign up for.
Whether you’re 18, 38 or 78, you’ve experienced stories that shaped your life. Whether you’re straight or lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual or pansexual, your heart has fought a battle or two. Whether you’re Black, Asian, LatinX, Indigenous or White, chances are high that you experienced mental health challenges at some point in your life and felt alone with that.
You might be a neurodivergent person or live with a disability and are likely to have experienced negative self-talk before. You can be cisgender, transgender, agender, intersex or thriving somewhere on the beautiful gender spectrum and society will still try to put you in a box.
Whatever your story: I’m excited to listen to it.

Sexual Issues
Though absolutely anyone is welcome who may benefit from my services, my specialisation and expertise is in supporting Underrepresented Communities and Men’s Mental Health. Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing are important to everyone. Yet, there are a number of unique issues that disproportionately affect historically oppressed communities, such as the LGBTQIAP+, Black, Asian, LatinX, Indigenous, or Neurodivergent community, Persons with Disabilities, or Women in Leadership. Additionally, Men’s Mental Health has been and continues to be stigmatised, a big taboo topic and it is near and dear to my heart to empower men to own their wellbeing and seek support.
Spotlights
LGBTQIAP+ Community
Being a member of the LGBTQIAP+ community myself, I have a vested interest and vast experience in serving the community. In our sessions you will find yourself in a comfortable and safe environment where you are seen, where you are heard, where you are respected and celebrated — not despite of your sexual and gender identity but absolutely and 100% because.
Men's Mental Health
We think we are supposed to be macho, masculine and tough all the time, even and especially when we’re unwell. Just because we may not be physically or visibly sick, we believe that we aren’t genuinely ill, that we don’t deserve vulnerability and help from others.
Let’s work together to eradicate the stigma and taboo around Men’s Mental Health and the false belief that we as men need to ignore our emotional wellbeing or tackle everything in our life by ourselves.

the right programme for me?
Listen to Kat’s Success Story
Kat approached me with concerns about her confidence.
After working unsuccessfully with traditional therapists and coaches in the past, Kat started working with me and, in her words, transformed into “a new woman”.
