I know how it feels

I’m from Ruhla, a tiny, fairytale village in the forests of Germany.
Ever heard of it? Can’t blame you.
It was peaceful on the outside, but I never felt quite at ease on the inside.
Before I founded heyManuel, I spent 8 years in senior People & Culture roles at Google.
Now I help people and organisations drop the mask and make real change from the inside out.
